Debra Louise Meyers

Debra Louise Meyers, née Adams, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on May 16, 2025, in Chardon, Ohio, at the age of 70. She was born on May 5, 1955, in Massachusetts to Marilyn and Charles Adams.

Debra is survived by her fiancé, Charles “Chuck” Kraisner, and her loving children: Andrea Gabbard (John), Sean Stillion (Jess), Christopher Meyers, and Taylor Meyers. She was a devoted grandmother to Joe, Nate, Emma, Ben, Destiny, Reece, Sloan, and Xander, and a proud great-grandmother to Louden, Rhett, Adley, and Emerson. She is also survived by her brother, Jimmy, and was preceded in death by her brothers, Jeff and Greg.

A graduate of Royal Oak High School, Debra brought warmth, joy, and dedication to everything she did. She was a hardworking woman who always put her children first, doing everything in her power to provide for them.

Her most cherished role was that of a mother and homemaker. She poured her love and energy into raising her children, creating a home filled with care, laughter, and strength. She found her greatest peace outdoors, soaking up the sun and surrounding herself with the beauty of nature. Her deep love for animals was unmatched—there wasn’t a creature too small or too wild that didn’t capture her heart, even Louie, her dog, despite his ability to test her patience.

Services

Calling hours will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM, with a memorial service to follow from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM, on Saturday, May 24, at Faith Community Fellowship, 1303 9th St SW, Massillon, OH 44647.

Burial will follow at North Canton Cemetery, 7846 Pittsburg Rd., North Canton, OH 44720.
